Situation

Our experience with Sales Through Service allowed us to quickly assess the Harley-Davidson dealer network to conclude their service departments were an underutilized source for motorcycle sales. 

Solution

Through a comprehensive pilot study, we developed and implemented a focused process for Harley-Davidson dealerships to maximize conversion opportunities with an enhanced partnership between the sales and service departments.

 

Results

The output of these tested best practices was provided to all dealers for network optimization and became an ongoing success measure for the brand.
